The Technical Assistance Center for Program Evaluation and Quality Assurance (PEQA) provides opportunities for State VR evaluators to connect through communities of practice.
Communities of Practice evolve to create a shared identity defined by similar interests and concerns. The goals could include:
- building competence,
- sharing experiences, stories, and tools,
- engaging in activities.
