Career Pathway for Individuals with Disabilities (CPID) Demonstration Projects in Kentucky and Virginia have created promising practices to make career pathways more accessible for individuals with disabilities. They have collaborated with various partners to conduct system alignment, built VR workforce capacity, and provided innovative services to individuals with disabilities.

Join us to learn how CPID in Kentucky and Virginia have removed barriers along the career pathways for individuals with disabilities, what lessons they have learned, and what tools are available to support your VR agencies to replicate their success.
